This 16x12" wooden canvas, titled "American Cookbook," features iconic culinary spines—from institutional classics to modern legends like Thomas Keller a personal hero of mine when coming up in culinary school and as a young chef in the early 2000's. The design creates an illusion of a bookshelf with a burnt-edge effect. Handmade and visually striking, it’s a seamless fusion of culinary art and storytelling. It includes an 8-inch stainless steel chef knife with a walnut handle and a magnetic saya sheath. The sheath design itself is the Martha Stewart Living Cookbook collection and fits knives up to 8 to 9 inches.
