The Mojo Scratch Series 5-Inch Utility Knife is the first release in a new line of matching custom handle and saya designs from Mojo Studio.
Compact, sharp, and highly versatile, the 5-inch blade sits between a traditional paring knife and a full-size chef knife—ideal for trimming, slicing, detailed prep, fruits, vegetables, herbs, and everyday board work where a larger knife feels unnecessary.
What makes the Scratch Series different is the finish. The knife features a custom epoxy resin handle paired with a matching epoxy resin saya, creating one continuous design rather than treating the sheath as an afterthought. Each set is individually hand-finished by Mojo, giving every knife its own character.
