OMAKASE

Omakase (お任せ) means “I leave it up to you,” a gesture of trust placed in the hands of the chef—and the one who chooses the blade.

This 16×20 wood canvas is created using a traditional ink transfer process and finished with hand-burned edges, permanently embedded into the wood grain. Four evenly spaced peg mounts allow you to display your personal chef knife arsenal. Each peg is hand-painted to blend seamlessly into the design, allowing the piece to stand as complete artwork even without knives.

Weather steel mounted or left bare, Omakase leaves the final decision to you.
